| FJW Production Line of Magnetic-Control Low-E Glass |
| Add to Enquiry |
Low-E glass is made by plating multi-layer metal or compound film
on the high-quality float glass by means of vacuum magnetic-control
sputtering. In this way, the glass radiance can be reduced from
0.84 to 0.1, even lower, and the radiation heat loss can be
decreased for 90%. As a result, the energy will be saved, and the
environment will be protected. Technical parameters: 1. Dimension of glass to be coated: 2440×1830mm 2. Limit pressure: 3×10 pa 3. Cycle time: 3min/piece (except for
reaction film) 4. Installed power:600KW 5. Cover dimension:6000×55000mm |
