Low-E glass is made by plating multi-layer metal or compound film on the high-quality float glass by means of vacuum magnetic-control sputtering. In this way, the glass radiance can be reduced from 0.84 to 0.1, even lower, and the radiation heat loss can be decreased for 90％. As a result, the energy will be saved, and the environment will be protected.
Low-E coated glass is able to reflect far-infrared heat energy. Compared with common coating products, it permits high visible light to pass through and be reflected outdoors. Its U value is lowest among all kinds of glasses after it is synthesized into hollow glass, which will keep the indoor space more transparent and bright, and guarantee cool in summer & warm in winter.
The production line can be used to produce single-silver Low-E glass, double-silver Low-E glass, solar-protection Low-E glass, high-transmittance Low-E glass and heat reflection & insulation coated glass, in order to meet different demands of different areas. It can also be used to produce coated glass with different color films, ITO glass and self-cleaning glass. The equipment can be designed according to the customer’s requirements, in order to meet the demands of different customers.
