FZJ Series High Vacuum Coating Machine with Solar-Energy Collection Tube

High vacuum coating machine with solar-energy collection tube adopts the configuration of single target or three targets. It can be used to plate solar-energy collection tube and to plate solar-energy absorbing film on metal tube and plate. PLC automatic control is used as the control system. The machine has the advantages of high reliability, easy operation and automatic monitoring, and is functioned with fault alarming and processing. The machine will finish the process automatically after the process is set. It can plate glass tubes of different specifications (glass tubes of different diameters can be plated by changing rotary table and supporting bar) according to customer’s requirements. It is a multi-functional machine.
To save energy, the machine can be designed into double-chamber structure as required by the customer.
